5 SDLHP
10 High swing 53# kettle bell
sprint 75 yd

each round subtract one SDLHP
use as much weight as you can

interm
same thing but dead lifts instead of SDLHP
GO heavy

basic
deads
reg swings
skip instead of run

    under 8 min
    then did a 5-3-1 strict press

  3. 6:27 w/185# deadlifts; 25#kb hi swings; 5 burpees (subbed for 75yd run)... short, sweet and to the point! i like it... run would have been better for me - - next time!
