20 15 10

Toes to bar (hang from a pullup bar and touch your toes to the bar)
Dips
KB High Swings 1/3 BW (KB = kettlebell, BW=Bodyweight)

before and after the 20,15,10, do 100 double unders. If you can not do a double under (one jump and two turns of the jump rope)do 300 jumps in its place

record all 3 times.

    And I should be using a weight vest when I walk, yes?

  2. walk everyday lazily and a few days usually workout days with some intensity. Vary your weight vesting and dont start with more than 10% of your bodyweight

  3. Ok, sounds good. Working with the RKC guy for the workouts and I am finding muscles that I didn't know existed. We've mostly been working on my balance and movement so far(saw him for the second time today).

    Today was day fourteen on paleo and I've lost two inches off my waist. I've also walked every day and made absolutely certain that I get at least eight hours of sleep every night. That alone has made a big difference.
