whatever time it takes you divide that in half and do that number in chest to ground pushups

  1. All under 20 seconds with 30# weight vest in the rain. Didnt have a place for dips so I did an extra round.

  3. done with Adam who embarrassingly left me in the dust wearing 30# - -gotta love it!! 6 rounds 19-22 secs. instead of dips, 2 sets of 5 windmills with 45# in lo position & 3 sets of 5 windmills with 25# in hi position/45# in lo position.
