  3. 5:10 45# olympic bar thrusters (since my kb only 25 & 30lbs), hanging pull ups, mid-thigh high wall precision jumps.

    70# olympic bar thrusters. I have 2 35# kbs. think that would be better?
    couldn't lift 8 each round, so I cut one each time (8 -7 -6 -5 -4).
    Think that method of scaling is better than cutting weight and doing all 8?

  5. didn't have exact time but was under 10 mins. only had 52ld kettlebell. would've been much harder with 90lbs. but it's easy on my bum knee.

    watched a few videos on how to do the thrusters, but still don't know if I did them right...?

    Though it came down quickly afterwards, boy, did that get the heart rate going.
