6:5253 lb kb2 pullup4 jumps (mid-thigh)6 thrusters+5 dead hang pull ups to failure
5:10 45# olympic bar thrusters (since my kb only 25 & 30lbs), hanging pull ups, mid-thigh high wall precision jumps.

didn't have exact time but was under 10 mins. only had 52ld kettlebell. would've been much harder with 90lbs. but it's easy on my bum knee.
