Neuro Day:

single arm/single leg push up (opposite leg to arm)
10-30 over the course of a day

scale number as needed

for those that parkour, neuro day can be a parkour training day also

  1. I'm out of town so I decided to try crossfit with our friend Tom, who's addicted to it.
    Warmup: approx 600m run
    3 rounds pushups (chest to ground) to failure:

    workout:
    10 wall ball (12 lb)
    1 burpee devil (burpee,chest to ground,tuck jump up-knees to chest)
