  2. 25:25 Why 21 as opposed to 20? The last set was just brutal. By itself, I'm sure it took over 10 minutes. Used 135 lbs.

  4. My hip squeaks when I do these, they both pop/crunch, but my right one made one really scary pop, that's when I went down in weight. They make me very nervous - I'm still do protective of my back. I really wish you were around to check my form!
