workout is 5x5 strict press

1 leg mountain climber x 5
1 leg broad jump on the same leg x 1
1 leg pushup x 5

try not to let that leg touch for all 3 movements then switch.

both sides = 1 round
between each round 5 pullups and 25 double unders

5 rounds
