BS (back Squat) 5x5
Bench 5 x 5
METCON is with a 10-15% bw (bodyweight) weight vest
body rows
KB Swings @ 1/3 bodyweight
Swings are always 15
Bodyrows will be a pyramid 1,2,4,8,10-10,8,4,2,1
*Do the strength and the L3 walk before eating in the morning
Do the STAMOB through the day
THe Metcon will be in the evening before dinner
