30 SP (strict press) @ 80% of your max
max reps for each round
between ea round is a 3 min break
if your form sucks or breaks down dont count the rep and if you cant get a good rep take a longer break or quit for the day.

part 2 starts with at least a 2 hour break from the 30 SP
30 PP (push press) @ the same weight as part 1
same rules apply
