I have a question re weight vests. You suggested doing the 30 min lazy weighted walks on the same day as a workout with 10-15% bodyweight.
ReplyDeleteDo you see any benefit in also taking weight vest on longer walks on off days when I'm not doing a workout? I say, "why not" (adam.blogspot, ha ha) - in other words, how should I maximize having this fancy new weightvest and is this a dumb question? Thanks!
