I was out and about for a few weeks working on a fitness project in San Diego and LA. During that time I got a couple of weeks in but was unable to stick with my last mesocycle. So, I am starting over but I am going to do it a little differently. I am going to do 2 lifting portions throughout the day while I am home. I will do a post on the concepts why later.
