20 c2g pushups
40 yd sprint
each round drop pushups by 5

wait 10 min repeat
if it takes you longer than 5 min stop
chest to ground is more important than being on your toes. If you cant do anymore toe pushups go to your knees

    this is always harder than I think or I remember
    Anytime I sprint and then try and ddo a push up it is nasty
