75% x 5
80% x 5
85% x 5

wait 3 min between rounds
wait at least 10 min before part 2

part 2
kb clean as heavy as possible in a descending ladder from 5 to 1
100 yd run barbell with 65% to 70% bodyweight on back in back squat postion (I dont care if it is high or low bar position)

that is a total of 5 rounds for time stop at 10 min. If you can not get it done in 10 min then your load is too heavy.
