Going on a trip in two days that keeps me in the car all day so I am doubling up now
Morning both strength movements at deload percentages

Cleans
60% x 5
65% x 5
75% x 5

Spress
60% x 5
65% x 5
75% x 5

3 min between rounds do all 6 rounds as if it were one workout

evening do the metcons

10x kettle bell swings only to nose height
push up

pushup decreases from 10 to 1, by 1 each round while KB swings stay the same

i.e.
10 swings, 10 pushes
10 swings, 9 push
10sw, 8 push
10,7
etc

1/2 bw overhead lunge x 10
1 leg broad jump burpee x5 each side
