for every minute over 15, 50 double unders. Dont do more than 20 min. Form is better than weight or speed. However dont break inbetween rounds unless you vomit or pass out.

  1. super tired from yesterday. Looking forward to my recovery days. I felt slow and a little scared of my back since last time I did heavier kb swings I got lazy and fucked up my back.
    So I was excited to be super fatigued in a whole body kind of way and have to ensure my form was better than my time. Screw getting hurt again.
