pushups are chest to ground and clap your hands. Id rather you go to your knees if you cant finish them than cut the amount

remember to walk at least 30 min a day lazy and about half of those days walk loaded

    OHS 65#,70#,75#
    5 rounds (OHS 65#), started using my knees 3rd round
    stopped at 8:45 and did lay down, stand ups the rest of the time
