50 double unders
10 chest to ground pushups
AMRAP in 7 min. Take 7 min break then 100 hollow rocks

If you can't do hollow rocks then hold hollow position 90 seconds and if you cant do that then 40 lay down stand ups (dont cross feet)

    The workouts may come slow I am in Europe for the next few months and where I am email is spotty.

    Also I am trying to find a place that has oly weights and Kettle Bells. SO in the mean time most will be bodyweight stuff
