100 kettlebell cleans
200 2 legged mountain climbers
300 double unders

move on to the next movement whenever you like. example...18 cleans, 30 2 leg, and 50 doubleunders round 1

try to get them done in less than 10 rounds
stop at 20 min

interm (beginner)
100 burpees (no chest to ground or jumping and clapping)
300 double unders (1000 jump ropes)
