1 pull up
2 pushups
3 squats
multiply each one the next number in a normal counting sequence keep going until you get to 6,12,18 and then come back down
If you need a break then run 100 m
1,2,3
2,4,6
3,6,9
4,8,12
5,10,15
6,12,18
