what the...?! so 30 seconds KB swings, 30 seconds of rest, repeat for 2.5 minutes, rest for 5 minutes...is that 1 set.
no. 30 sec work 30 sec for 5 min. 5 min break 30 sec work 30 sec rest = 1 round. 2nd round do 3 rounds of the same
That was good yesterday - leg shaking. With 44lb KB but probably not fast enough. Need someone next to me to push me.
took intermediate capoeira on monday. only did 1.5 rounds of this due to my hectic schedule tues. still made me sweat a lot. modified blurpees. added chest to floor push up before each jump back. then went to get a thai massage which felt like a work out.
25# kb; 23 max swings in 30 sec & 17 max burpees in 30 sec; norm was 21 swings/ 30 sec & 15 burpees/ 30 sec.
