If the rail terrifies you do it on a curb
did this with 70lb kettlebell. was tricky finding balance. right leg (good leg) was least stable. got easier each round. needed more weight. added 10 single arm 44lb swings to each rounds for extra sweat.
did this last week... 80# on right leg; scaled down to 70# on bum hip left side - - hit dead spots and felt things awaken in that hip... Wow! it cursed me but after whispered thank you!... so i'll pass it along: Thank you!!
