day 3

1000 swings
1/4 bodyweight kettlebell
this is to be done over the whole day.

I will type up a sample one week menu that I have not yet had time to do.


  1. will try this posted workout friday or saturday and post.

    for wed, june 23: 1000 mountain climber jumpbacks done over day's cycle.

  2. did this yesterday. 25# kb; average was 50 at a time (max was 75); 200 per "session" ... thought it would be more difficult than the 1000 high swing endurance workout but it was not.
