29:31 25 lbs kb; A-frame push ups (no pull up bar at soccer field); 1/2 mile (800m) run first round after that scaled down to 1/4 mile (400m) run for remaining 4 rounds. alternated jog/run every 100m or so (equivalent to running straights; jogging curves on a track). definitely NOT a runner.
