800m Run
10 pull ups
10 high swings w/ kettlebell 1/4 BW

5 rounds total for time

scale as needed (sub A-frame push ups for pull ups)

  1. 29:31 25 lbs kb; A-frame push ups (no pull up bar at soccer field); 1/2 mile (800m) run first round after that scaled down to 1/4 mile (400m) run for remaining 4 rounds. alternated jog/run every 100m or so (equivalent to running straights; jogging curves on a track). definitely NOT a runner.

    A-frame pushups (travelling and no pullup bar)
    All rounds 1/2 mile except 3rd was 1/4 mile (pulled out 1/2 for 4th and 5th).
    Felt a little pukey after the 5th run before the swings and pushups.

  3. 36:10 A-frame pushups and 45 lb kb

    For the first time in a long time am just beginning to feel like an athlete rather than a lard ass.

  4. 27Mins A-frame pushups and 30lb KB. YEAH ME!
