*fyi: you will need a 12lbs medicine ball for next weeks workout


  1. 6 min 21 seconds feeling weak from my level of activity. This is a 4 and half 5 min workout. I cant wait to get back and throw it down again.
    have fun and keep it up guys

  2. 7:45, first three sets did regular pushups, last four sets substituted knees bent pushups

    half of the pushups were on my knees
