17:11 double unders / burpees.... okay, i did this work out today instead of tomorrow as had a friend in town and she did with. she did the jump rope version and i will say the 500 scale is CRUEL and WICKED!!! i think a scale of 5x more would have been suffice (250 - 200 -150 - 100 - 50). hahahaha!!! she and i are still laughing at how ridiculous that was!!! but she finished and i fell on my knees in praise! so to all of you that do the 500 scale - - GET IT!!!
i had to modify250 jump ropes, 5 burpes, 5 swings with 35lb200,10,10150,15,15100,20,2050,25,25500 jumps is mean adam!
25 mins. replaced blurpees with mountain climbers last to sets.
