9:21 65 lbs. olympic bar cleans; hspu's with feet supported by wall... elbows barely bent to 90 degrees but i like that one - - will work on those!!

can someone give me a good description of the olympic power cleans? I've looked at youtube and there are some many variations...I'm confused. THANKS!
