every 4 min:
10 squats & 10 push ups

for time (time doesn't stop during squats & push ups)

scale as needed

  1. 32:28 definitely NOT a runner!! but glad & surprised that this didn't take me 45 min like i thought it would!!!

  2. 33:40 Glad we ran in blocks because I'm totally convinced I can't run three miles, but in blocks I managed to cover the distance.

  3. I ran 2miles in about 27 minutes including the squats and push-ups, and then didn't feel well(on antibiotics), had blisters on my feet, and my knees really hurt, so I gave myself a break...
