    I think running three miles would have been easier.

  2. 16:14 jumping pull ups & double unders all rounds. By the end pull ups really sucked - - barely able to get forehead bar height! Need to work on pull ups for sure!!

    first two rounds was able to do 4pullups to fail.
    For the last 8 rounds did A-frame pushups.
    Did a combo of single and double unders.
