36:15 doing four pullups, not seven.I think running three miles would have been easier.
16:14 jumping pull ups & double unders all rounds. By the end pull ups really sucked - - barely able to get forehead bar height! Need to work on pull ups for sure!!
17:12first two rounds was able to do 4pullups to fail.For the last 8 rounds did A-frame pushups.Did a combo of single and double unders.
