Today is Beginners A1

100 OH walking Lunges with 1/2 bodyweight
anytime you need a break you have

25 Double Unders
25 1/3 bodyweight kettlebell swings

stop a 10 min if you havent finished and take a 5 min break then continue. 

Stop completely at 16 total minutes of work.
