1/4 bodyweight bulgarian goatbags (think good mornings with the weight being held tight to your belly) watch the video for  demo

Goblet Squat
dont put the weight down for the entire ladder

ascending ladder by ones from 1 to 5...1of ea 2 of ea. etc
the video shows the 3rd set


part 2

3x each side 1/3 bodyweight kb cleans
8x Chest 2 Ground pushups
15x 1/3 kb swing

the cleans are going from 3 to 5 by one each round then back down to 3
(thats a total of 5 rounds.)
Try to get it done in 6 min
