Tire Flips and burpees

pyramid 1-5, 5-1 (5 is done twice)
Tire flips increase by one and burpees increase by tire flips x 2

1TF 2 burp
2TF 4 burp
3TF 6 Burp

if you don't have a tire do a power clean with 75% bodyweight


with at least a 10 minute break
1 rope climb
100 double unders
1 rope climb
