I have been out of town for a while so I failed to post anything.
So here we go again

Today
50% bodyweight kb swings max 3 min followed by 1 min of flutter kicks
65% bodyweight thrusters max 3 min followed by 1 min of hollow rocks

make sure to break up each round with at least 30 min.

also 5 neuro movements hit every following catagory, they all happen at one sitting and repeat the set 3-5x through the day

quadrepedal transit
transit bipedal
straight arm
bent arm
back extension

    By the end the Hollow rocks were nasty
