1/2 tabata frog stands
squat-frog-headstand x3
bar pull overs or seated straddle rope pullups (sit on the ground and grab rope as if to climb and pull. Get everything off the ground and stay in the v straddle position) x2 one each side
do 2 or three times through the day.
