Metcon 10:05 The metcon was about 4 min slower than I had expected. The lifts were so easy that I thought my shoulders would be fine from the dip tire flip workout. WRONG! My shoulders were fried! That was fun and surprising to se how strong they felt how fast they went south. It shows Jim Wendler's 5-3-1 is genius. The concept of that built in de-load week and very simply doing a percentage of your max and you get stronger. Its cool. My nervous system is looking forward to next week.
