wait 10 min and then 20 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
1 tire flip 30 double unders
each round increase the tire flips by 1

HEAVY tire men 600+ women 300+

  1. trying to be nice to my back and ribs after those last 2 set backs in the last 2 months

    touch and go 5 rounds of each at 225, 240 and 255
    This seemed a little light but I am not going to argue because that tire flip workout SUCKED

    8 rounds exactly with a big tire
