we are working on a short intensity cycle that will stop in about 2 weeks. It has been going on for about 3 weeks. The idea is that we are going to do 2 a days not including SSC (steady state cardio) like lazy walking....One WOD will be a strength bias the other will be more short metcon bias. After I hurt my back I have been working on it specifically and now I am just working on getting back some strength and capacity
