6x 75%bodyweight overhead lunge
3x ring dips
9pushups

5 rounds

Set up 20 to 30 yds from the rings or dip station. lunges walk the 6 towards the rings. then run back to the start and then past your bar to the rings. Do your dips then your pushups chest touches grass. Run back to bar.
