I am in the process of moving across the country right after returning from an overseas trip so there has been a lack of getting things like this done. Bear with me please

todays workout
walk 20 min loaded with 10%

pushups chest to ground

1 of ea
2 of continue going up by one until you cant go anymore

walk 20 min loaded

then reverse the ladder starting where you left off. If you made it to 7 going up then when you get back start at 7 and go back down
