throw a kettlebell as far as you can with a chest pass 100x a fast as you can
stop at 20 minutes or 100 which ever comes first.

Try and find a sand pit to do it in
the KB is at least 1/4 your bodyeweight

  1. This was so much fun done as a "race" last week!... along with running around a jungle gym sandpit with 6 other adults playing tag!! Haven't had that much fun in years! Thanks for workout and fun all in one! You rocked that one!!... well done sir!
