  1. Here are my score and some of my clients scores...my clients and I changed the workout slightly by doing 5 c2g burpees and 10 LDSU ups instead of the other way around.
    The time would be about the same

    Me...12:20 with 70# KB high swings
    Client 1. 13:00 with 53# KB regular swings (she is 115ish # so strong work)
    Client 2. 15:00 with 30# KB Reg swings
    Client 3. 20 ish min 53# KB
