I did the one hour lazy walk.Well maybe a two hour lazy walk. :)
The average human had to walk 6 miles a day for food and currently we walk very little. THis walking did wonderful things for trunk stability and posture as well as keeping the sacrum stable. This also helped regulate energy so dont scoff at 1 to 2 hour lazy walks they are good. I would also say if you dont work out and only walk put on a weight vest starting with 10% of your bodyweight. Also dont skimp on them or you will have to buy them more than once.
did this workout with a friend. They boxjumped I skipped and ran then switch. No break in between, that was the closet to vomiting I have gotten in a long time. Yeeeha
I used to see a good vomit sesh after a workout as a good thing haha

A pistol is a one legged squat. you stand on one leg and then squat as low as possible. Ass to the ground then stand. I will post a video with some scaling of the movement
