making dysfunction stronger is bad

There is this problem with fitness and wellness I want to talk about, it isn't the only problem but the one I will address now. It is building strength on top of dysfunction. Here is a video of a crossfit affiliate and I want you to notice the burpees of the people trying to get fit. They are building poor movement patterns and creating damage in there soft tissue. The workout is ok but not for those that don't know how to move.
