day 11 or 12 ?

24 minute jog, swim or row
every 4 minutes stop and perform
15 chest to ground burpees

if jog or walk do so with a 10# backpack and do the burpees with it on

    75 total chest to ground burpees
    33 min total.

    WOW! talk about humbling!!! ...this kicked butt! i'd love to see more walk, row & swimming workouts! (i like the idea of weight vest, can use rower at gym & would like to take advantage of summer weather for swimming!)
