185# max dead lift (approx. 1.5x BW)95# max clean (approx. 80% BW)prepped with 2 dead lifts at 155# & 2 cleans at 65#neither max sets were easy. both at my "wall"... technique just held together especially with cleans (dead lifts easier as been doing 185# once a week these past 7 weeks - - still a beast though!!!). would have preferred 175# & 85# but don't have plates that would break down to those weights thus the jump from 155# and 65#. in terms of neurologic recruitment... DEFINITELY got some firing going! PHEW!!! hahahahahahah!!!
