Workout

Jumprope singles max in one minute.

Take the total multiply x2

that is your total of swings trying at about 1/3 of your bodyweight.

Do it in 3 rounds any remainders go in the first round.

Example

max jumprope singles in 60 sec = 103
103*2=206
206/3=68 r 2

round 1 = 70
round 2 = 68
round 3 = 68

rest 5 min between rounds
