10 yd Hand Stand walk
10 pullups
5 rounds
each round subtract two pullups
take time between each round

Workout

10 minutes
one min on one minute off
each on minute 1/2 bodyweight kb swing

get 20 swings each round
for each round you dont get 20 swings you have 10 jumping pullups and do them at the end.
