2x    Dead Lift
5x    Loaded Pushup
50x  Double Unders

5 rounds
break as much as you like (If after your first round your form breaks down then you didn't break long enough)

Use your 5 rep max weight for Deads
Use 1/4 bodyweight on your back (plate, or weight vest) for pushup

1/2 bodyweight ketllebell swings
as many as you can holding your breath.
5 rounds

minimum of 2 min break between
