find some monkey bars
play on them for 5 or 10 min

work on handstand and variations



Workout
Strict press 65% bodyweight
KB swing 50% bodyweight

as many rounds as you can keep good form.
Each round increase the SP by 1 and multiply press by 5 for the number of swings
when you can not complete a set. stop and break for 5 min repeat

ex rounds

  1. sp1 - kb swing 5
  2. sp2-kb swing 10
  3. 3-15
  4. 4-20
  5. 5-25
